numero di persone che gravitano intorno ad esse, un po' diverso è il discorso per un hotel indipendente.
Roger Smith Hotel è conosciuto a New York come l'”Hotel social media” riuscendo a farsi largo tra grandi catene alberghiere come Hyatt, Sheratons, Hilton, Marriott, ecc.

Già proprio così, è successo, qualche albergatore dirà "l'ha vista l'ora", e come dargliene torto, se a causa delle recensioni hanno persi margini di fatturato, peggio ancora quando queste le recensioni sono ritenute inattendibili e false, frutto di clienti frustrati, o peggio ancora dalla concorrenza sleale. Leggevo su tipsfromthetlist un interessante progetto di Google avviato indovinate dove? Negli Stati Uniti (non poteva essere altrimenti). L'iniziativa googleiana prende il nome di Favorite Place. In sostanza appare essere un "sistema di qualità" che Google "attacca" (nel vero senso della parola) a coloro i quali se lo sono meritato.
